The accreditation platform for the Science Ministerial Meeting is now online
Within the framework of the Italian G7 Presidency, on 27 and 28 September 2017 Turin, at the Reggia di Venaria, will host the G7 Science Ministerial Meeting.
The accreditation procedure opens on Monday, September 18th, at 3.00 PM and will close on Saturday, September 23rd, at 6.00 PM.
Journalists, photographers and TV crews interested in following the Meeting must apply for specific accreditation through the online accreditation section of the Italian G7 Presidency website. The accreditation procedure must be completed filling a form and uploading a picture (Jpeg format) and the following scanned documents:
- Copy of a valid passport or ID document;
- A letter by the media organisation represented, signed by the Editor-in-Chief, that confirms the assignment.
- Professional card
Freelance professionals must upload a copy of their press card instead of the letter by the media organization.
Journalists and technical staff will receive a yellow badge. The badge can be picked up at the Main Accreditation Center (Piazza della Repubblica) on Wednesday, September 27, from 12.00 to 19.00, and Thursday, September 28, from 07.00 to 17.00. An identification document will be required. Please be aware that it is not possible to register on the spot.
The Media Center, at the Venaria Palace, will be open:
- Wednesday, September 27, from 16.00 to 20.00
- Thursday, September 28, from 07.00 to 20.00
